Wow, have these guys went down hill.We have been staying at Gatlinburg Falls (Cabins of the Smoky Mountains) for several years now, and what we just experienced was saddening.

I have never see so many unhappy customers at any type of of business in my life. Lines out the door, ready to riot. For us personally, we had a check in time at 4pm, and we didn't get checked in until 7:23pm. We had two infants so this wasn't fun.

We weren't the only one though as lines of people were waiting as well. Next, our key to get in wouldn't work. We got locked out multiple times and had to wait hours before maintenance showed up. Finally, the cabin we saw online (Sweet Mountain Homes), was severely over marketed.

The floors were dirty, there was graffiti on the walls, and they showed a door on the down stairs game room when there wasn't one. But we didn't have it the worst. There were guests with no running water for two days, and couldn't get anyone to communicate with them. The management hides, and WILL not talk to you.

We were guaranteed a call from the manager on two occasions with scheduled times, and they never called.

We felt so bad for their employees as you could tell they were understaffed.The WORST management I have seen in awhile.
